dc.description.abstractFor the last 25 years the population and community ecology of the benthic fauna of the Central Amazonian the blackwater river Tarumli-Mirim has been investigated. In 1982/83 the two shrimp sibling speAes, Euiyrhynchus amazoniensis and E. burchelli, were found to coexist in the lower course of the river.pt_BR
dc.description.resumoNos últimos 25 anos estudou-se a fauna bentica do Rio Tarumã-Mirim, um rio de água preta entrando no Rio Negro a uns 30 km acima de Manaus. Em 1982/83 foram encontradas as duas espécies primas Euiyrhynchw burchelli e E. amazoniensis na parte inferior do rio.pt_BR
