Abstract: The knowledge of the phenology of potential plants to produce flowers, as well as the best way to deployment in agricultural systems, it becomes important for farmers who practice Meliponiculture, since there is a period of scarcity of floral resources in the Amazon region. The experimental test aimed to make agronomic studies on deployment of herbaceous legumes with high potential floriferous, compatible with Meliponidae sp. in Central Amazon agroecosystems, for foraging of stingless bees. The work on the description of the stages of the vegetative cycle and phenological changes four herbaceous legumes (Senna occidentalis, S. obtusifolia, Mimosa pudica and M. debilis) was conducted in greenhouse, located at the National Institute of Amazonian Research, V-8 Campus. The study on the deployment system of thickened portions of the four herbaceous legumes was conducted in the meliponary area in the Bees Research Group. For the vegetative and phenology description, were taken measurements of stem length and stem diameter every 20 days. At the end of the test, plants were harvested for determinations of dry biomass of shoots, stems and roots. For the Mimosa species were also recorded the characteristics of natural nodulation, dry biomass and the number of nodules formed in the roots of plants. All biomass was dried at 65 °C/72 h. Phenological records were made weekly, where were observed the foliage changes (renewal, renewed and old leaf), flowering (vegetative development, initial, full and declining) and fruit (no fruit, initial, pod filling and maturation). The start of production of flowers and the time it remains in vegetables are important data, especially for the creation of a plan in the introduction of food plants for bees supplementation process. Despite partially controlled conditions, the species showed similar characteristics to natural conditions, for example the uniformity in flowering and fruiting, considered strategies for the perpetuation of these species. Uneven flowering observed in these species is not a negative factor, since an ideal meliponícola pasture is one that provides food at different times of the year. As for the system of two simultaneous implantation experiments were conducted: one with Mimosa species and one with Senna. For Mimosa species two methods of implementation were tested: a broadcast seeding of 0,5; 1,0; 1,5 g of seeds/m² and the introduction of pre-germinated seedlings. For Senna species were used only the broadcast seeding method of 1,0; 2.0; 3.0 g of seeds/m². For both species, the portion size was 1 m2, segmented into four blocks of 0,25 m2. The experimental design was randomized with 2 x 4 factorial arrangements with three repetitions (2 species, 4 systems deployment). After 92 days, were evaluated the height and stem diameter of plants, number of established plants per area. Were determined the aboveground biomass, roots, leaves and stem after drying at 65 °C/72 h. Comparisons between means were made by Tukey test (p < 0,05). Was demonstrated the viability of deploying plots of S. obtusifolia and S. occidentalis in Oxisol from broadcast seeding. S. obtusifolia distribution of 3,0 g of seeds/m2 favored the establishment of plots in field conditions, as for S. occidentalis the same result can be obtained by sowing of 1,0 g/m2. The smaller size of the seeds of Mimosa species limited the establishment of the field plots from the introduction of pre-germinated seedlings when compared to the deployment by broadcast seeding system. For the two species of Mimosa, the broadcast seeding of 1,0 g of seeds/m2 favored the establishment of the species in the studied soil.
