Abstract: | Luzarida and Luzaridella are first recorded from Brazil. A new species of Luzaridella and the female of Luzarida lata is described from Central Amazon. Habitus, morphological characteristics, male and female genitalia photographs are provided. Calling song of Luzarida lata and Luzaridella sp. nov. are characterized.
