Two new neotropical species of compsoneura (Myristicaceae)

Abstract

Two new species of Compsoneura (Myristicaceae) from recent collections are described, discussed, and illustrated: Compsoneura rigidifolia, a species from the wet forest along the Inter-American Highway in Panama near the continental divide, and C. schultesiana, a lowland species from Vaupés, in Amazonian Colombia. © 1989, The New York Botanical Garden.
