dc.description.resumoIn the course of this work it was verified the effect of 17β-estradio in juvenile pirarucu (Arapaimas gigas) and tambaqui (Colossoma macropomum), in order to assess the impact of low concentrations of estrogen 17 beta estardiol on the physiology, hematology, biochemistry and genetic these fish. for this were tests as RBC count, hemoglobin concentration, enzyme activity and gene expression. Since the set of results was useful in determining the real effect of this compound on the species studied.pt_BR
